Thank you for your prompt response Alessandro. This feature being disabled has actually bit me in previous AMD installs. However, this time, this motherboard doesn't have this feature.
Nonetheless, I gave it a bunch of tries by disabling different USB features given that this is where it was halting when attempting to install Fedora.
I gave it a nights rest and this morning I woke up wanting to test the memory modules. To make the story short, I moved all memory modules to a new memory bank and lo and behold I was able to get it working. Not sure still what the issue is. I am up and running and appreciate your prompt response.
