We have the Office Suite in our GM so I don't have experience with Outlook in an AppStack but how did you install the Suite in the AppStack? I know that there are only 2 Supported ways from VMware which is either using the Microsoft One-Click installation or installing via .msi file.

Have you done this before? What part of the registry is being denied?

Thanks for the reply

I installed using CLick to run configuration.

These are the denied keys.

Did you use a guide of some sort to do this? Not sure if you need to do some excludes in the snapvol.conf. Is this the first time that you try to use Outlook as an AppStack? Is the any error message you get from Outlook?

Its the first time we are trying to use Outlook. I am not able to mount the app volume to a new Non-App Volume agent VM.. It is showing vmdk not able to open.

That is quite strange. When you attach the AppStack just normally via AppVolumes, are you able to access the contents via C:\SnapVolumesTemp\ ? Possibly something went wrong during initial setup of the AppStack. Iirc you should be able to open the VMDK normally.
