Unable to Download product on my Account

Hello all,

Has anyone seen this message when trying to download a product under Myvmware product page?

You either are not entitled or do not have permissions to download this product.

Check with your My VMware Super User, Procurement Contact or Administrator.

If you recently purchased this product through VMware Store or through a third-party, try downloading later.

In my case I'm trying to get the VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) Offline Bundle. I do have a Enterprise Lic for vSphere from VMUG but don't think it has anything to do with it. Under my account I selected permissions just like the steps below. I'm not sure what else I can do.

  1. og in to My VMware.
  2. Hover over Accounts >Manage Accounts and select Users and Permissions.
  3. Click the By Folder or By User tab.
  4. Perform one of these options


Any help would be really awesome guys and girls.

This sounds like you do not have a valid license tied to your My VMware account. If you select "Products", "Manage My Products", "My Products", does it list a version of vSphere that matches that version you're attempting to download?
