Issue with account admin

Hello,

I'm encoutering a issue to login on my vrops /admin with account admin

I connect first,it's good but some minutes later i don't connect :

the account is not locked because i can login in ssh but not GUI.

I found a kb vmware to resolve my issue but not success :

I rebooted master node and datas node but not solved

Someone had the similar issue?

Hello Rick,

Thank you for your feedback.

I used this kb but i solved my  issue.

I deployed appliance Skyline on my environnement. I used account "admin" to logged on vrops but i didn't change the password on this.   so after 3 attempt the account locked.

I hope this post will help the community
