Host and Cluster Data not available for this account

We no longer have any inventory showing up in our dashboard. All we see is "Host and Cluster Data not available for this account". I checked the collectors and they show healthy and are uploading data on a regular basis. I have also restarted the appliance and waited several days and still no data. How can we get all our data back to show? We are running version 2.3.0.2.

Welcome to communities..!!

Please make sure you are selecting "Login with Cloud Services" as an option while logging to Skyline Advisor.

Once you login to Skyline Advisor click on the drop down next to your name from the top right corner and click on drop down button for selecting the Organization, if multiple organizations are created select the alternate organization and check if accurate data is available.

If you are still having the same issue, Please update the requested details in below page.

Please make sure you are selecting "Login with Cloud Services" as an option while logging to Skyline Advisor.

Once you login to Skyline Advisor click on the drop down next to your name from the top right corner and click on drop down button for selecting the Organization, if multiple organizations are created select the alternate organization and check if accurate data is available.
