Vsphere Mobile console not working despite having a non-self signed certificate

Greetings!

I installed a cert today on my ESXi 6.7u2 but I still can’t open any vms in console view to access the desktops On my iOS clients.  they still give me an error about not being able to correctly or not being able to connect with self signed certificates. 

Can anyone help? Thanks.
