Content Locker for Windows 10 - Problem Login

Hi Community,
I have a problem with Content Locker for Windows 10, everything works fine in Android and iOS, but when i try to log in in Content Locker for Windows 10, the application show a error ' Login error. Try it later' .
My connection with AD Is fine and these poblem is only for content deliver in Windows 10. In the console, the status of the application show in color black, and i have not option to deploy automatically in Applications Public, so I have installed manually from the Microsoft Store.

Please, anyone ever happened something similar? o have any recommendation or something idea to help me.

Hello,
Working with Support, we find that the installation must be from the windows 10 app catalog. I was triyng to download directly via Windows Store and that was the error.

I have the exact same issue. When I download the app via the VMWare App Catalog (containing the link to the Appstore) on Windows 10 devices, I can't authenticate. We are using Directory users, I thought it had something to do with that. I tried App Token, but also without success.

The Content Locker from the End User portal (AirWatchURL/mydevice) works, but it's no longer supported: https://support.workspaceone.com/articles/115005125127.

I'm just thinking what I should do in order to get Content on Windows 10 Desktops.
