Test Connection between SEG and AirWatch failed within Mobile Email Management Configuration

I checked almost everything and couldn't quite figure out what caused the failure. Any suggestion?

This was a known issue up-to and including console 9.2.  They finally fixed it with console 9.4

Thanks Michael, but all the tests within were successful except the one from SEG to console.
I also couldn't access the console from the SEG either.
