when I deploy a blue print the value for CPU and RAM is the profile value BUT the value for the storage is the template value not the profile
Because the storage value is only an upper boundary. It doesn't and won't automatically resize a template with a single disk to that size. It will allow the user to consume up to that amount of space in total.
If I understand
the profile does not modify the vmdk size but only the maximum value of the vmdk.
for exemple if a template have 100gb of storage and profile have 200gb of storage, after deployment the user can extend the vdmk for 100gb ( 200-100)
