How long after completing exam to receive VCA ,VCP certification

I have completed the Certification exam VCA 18-Oct-2019 but have not received my certificate and completed am 2020-Jan-02 VCP exam and have not received my certificate also.

in History shows that I passed both exams

I completed the "VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage&  optimize and scale by Stanly

The certificate is needed for my to show it to my company as prove of passing the exam.

My understanding is i should receive an email acknowledging everything, however I have not.

does anyone have any idea

Thanks

Still waiting myself.  I created a Poll thread just to see how many of us are waiting and if anyone has received their certification.  See thread Poll: Have you received your 2020 Certification yet?

If you had taken a course through Stanly, should it show up as training? When I check my VCP I noticed it does not show that I completed the course, which concerns me as I am now trying to hop over from VCP-DCV to update my DTM to current.

No it will not, but that won’t matter - so long as your VCP-DCV shows there, you can use it towards your VCP-DTM.

Can we take the certification exam when Stanley is trained? Does this count as formal training? Is it okay to take the certification exam and does vmware accept it as the training center it requires for certification? I was a little worried when I read the above. If I took Stanly training and took the vcp 7 exam, would I have completed all the procedures? Is there a difference in the Stanly study?

Those are great questions to ask Stanly: https://www.stanly.edu/future-students/it-academy/vmware-it-academy

I believe they now offer training on vSphere 7, with a voucher that works for the PSE version of the Professional exam on vSphere 7.

Note the certification is VCP-DCV 2021, there’s no such thing as “VCP 7”.

What is the meaning of "PSE" when trained here? Is there a difference if I get another special official VMWare training? I mean, I do not want to do anything wrong for an exam by studying from the wrong training center. Is there a downside to training from stanly?

Another good question for Stanly.

When you take the training with a VITA such as Stanly, the voucher code they give you on completion can only be used to book a PSE version of the exam.

The exam content is exactly the same as the regular version you can book directly with Pearson VUE, the only difference is administrative.
