Go to VMware Compatibility Guide, search for your server model, and confirm that your server runs a BIOS (firmware) version that is compatible with ESXi 6.7 that you're trying to install.

If it is not compatible, then consult Dell to upgrade the BIOS to the required version.

As per the screenshot shared, the backtrace are the cpu registers error code.

Can you provide us more details of when exactly you see the error.

1. Is it after initiating the installation using the ISO ?
2. You can try the installation attempt using the cd/dvd or virtual drive or an SD card to verify if the behavior is same or is it a problem occurred only with the usb stick.

I am having a similar problem - host boos up using USB stick, then a similar message like the one above appears.
