shutdown vmware and host at the same time

Hi all,

I am using  a VMware workstation Pro 15.5ti / kmv. However, I am a basic user and I want to do is to shutdown/Power off the VMware on the startup button while that function also shutdown the host at the same time (or short delay). I don't mind if I need to type any codes. Is there a way I can perform this?
