Hi,

If your home computer has the technical features (CPU, Ram, HDD, etc ...) to support three virtual machines, you can do it.

You can install VMware Workstation Player free

Download VMware Workstation Player: free

For hosting a Web site and be 24/7 available for Internet users, better to use a high reliable hardware and a bare-metal hypervisor. There is no License cost for the hypervisor software (e.g. VMware and Microsoft offer the hypervisor for free) ... I found an interesting blog with license cost if you are interested in deploying an "Enterprise" infrastructure:

VMware or Hyper-V? Part 3: Virtualization Licensing Costs

For small tests you can use VMware Player (What is VMware Workstation Player? | FAQs), Virtual Box, or just enable Hyper-V service on your Windows 10 operating system (Introduction to Hyper-V on Windows 10 | Microsoft Docs )
