Question :

When configuring WTS for standard stretched cluster, do my new vmk's for the host at the 2 data sites use the same vlan or do each data site have it's own vlan for the WTS?

They can use seperate VLANs as long as there is sufficient routing between them. Obviously if you are able to stretch vLANs accross sites then you can do that also
