The Connection to the remote computer ended in Horizon 7

i am facing this issue "The Connection to the remote computer ended" from client.

i have open udp/tcp ports in connection server, security server and client PC.

help will be appreciated

Do you have network access to your assigned Desktop (VM) when you face this error?

what is the status of that VM when it's happened? I mean, is that VM up and run? and can you reconnect to the VM again or not?

You must check the Horizon event logs for more details ...

你可以尝试清理下面两个用户目录下的VMware文件夹，然后鼠标右键管理员权限运行程序试试。   如果不行建议关闭连接服务器防火墙尝试。
