SetUserFTA not working in login script

I cannot seam to get the setuserfta program to work in a login script for some reason. I'm following

https://www.ivandemes.com/export-import-file-type-associations-fta-successfully-using-uem/

like I've seen discussed before, and the command it basically the same. I currently have setuserfta and the config file in the profile loading before the profile archive is loaded and I have a logon task running afterwork that says %userprofile%\setuserfta.exe %userprofile%\userconfig.txt and when I logon its not there. If I manually go to a command prompt and run the same thing then it works. The Flex engine logs shows its running the port-import task just fine with no long delays.

UEM 9.3

Horizon 7.4

Appvolumes 2.13.2

Vsphere 6.5

I forgot to add I made a cmd script, and I'm calling it in a shortcut in the startup folder in the start menu, and thats working. It seems to be a timing issue.

I had the same problem and ended up doing almost exactly the same thing.  Using UEM shortcuts to drop something in the startup folder that calls setuserfta.exe for the user's config file.  I also figured that it was a timing thing and the new method has been working great.

Just in case someone finds this old thread: Dynamic Environment Manager 9.10 has been released, and now provides roaming of default applications out of the box.
