NO PUEDO REGISTRAR EL VCENTER EN SKYLINE

Buen día. Me podrían ayudar con este tema por favor.

Instale la maquina colectora y al momento de querer agregar el vcenter me sale este error:

Couldn't create collection task to test endpoint. -> java.lang.RuntimeException: Couldn't login the client. -> Couldn't login the client. -> General failure. -> https://xxx.xxx.com:7444/sso-adminserver/sdk invocation failed with "org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connect to xxx.xxx.com:7444 [xxx.xxx.com/10.177.250.69] failed: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)" -> Connect to xxx.xxx:7444 [xxx.xxx.com/10.177.250.69] failed: Connection timed out (Connection timed out) -> Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

Mis credenciales funcionan sin problema.

He intentado de esta manera pero me sale el mismo error:

con ip y con el fqdn:

https://xxx.xxx.com:7444/sso-adminserver/sdk/vsphere.local

https://xxx.xxx.com:7444/sts/STSService/vsphere.local

https:/xxx.xxx.bfusa.com:7444/lookupservice/sdk/vsphere.local

He ejecutado este comando desde la maquina colectora y a mi perspectiva el puerto 7444 esta bloqueado:

Existe alguna manera de desbloquearlo? La conexion no pasa por ningun firewall:

Hi,

We provide support in English for Skyline but we should be able to help you. As I understand, you get an error while adding vCenter to Skyline. Please let me know if your vCenter has an embedded PSC or external PSC. Also share your details using the below link and I will call you for assistance.

I was able to connect the vcenter and im able to see the vcenter in the collector machine

the ip was wrong.
