Hi everyone,
i uploaded an ubuntu64 image from the vcenter server into my VIO after which i connected it directly to one of the created networks on VIO. the network is supplied with dhcp and i can see it provisioned an ip address to the port connecting the vm . however, when i power up the vm, it simply does not receive the provisioned ip address even though its ipv4 settings is set to dhcp.
Please has anyone experienced such issues.
