Esxi screen on a Laptop Screen

Hello Everyone,

How can i see the Esxi screen on a Laptop screen?

Already tried wired connection, but no esxi i can see my laptop screen?

Hi,

do you mean this yellow terminal screen? This is the DCUI and you can access it by connecting with SSH and then type "dcui" and hit enter.

So for SSH we need to use putty?

Then where can we put the dcui?

putty or any other remote tools that can use SSH protocol.

Yes, after connecting to the ESXi host, run the dcui command in the prompt as the blazilla said. Then you can see direct console user interface (DCUI) here

which screen you actually trying to access, if you want to create VMS you need to first assign the IP address and from web browser you can access that IP

Just login with your root Account and type dcui. Then press enter.

now i have already login in the Server with the web page?

where to input the command?
