Do I need to shutdown my VMs during the VIO license applying?

Will the openstack service like nova, neutron, cinder restart during VIO license applying ? My VMs running on VIO need to be stoped before that?

I dont have any idea about it, but I wish your problem sorted out soon.

OpenStack services will be restarted automatically when applying VIO license. No VM will be stopped or restarted. And no need to stop any VM before applying VIO license.
