VM's Won't Power On after Login

Hello,

Our users log in using Dell PCoIP thin clients and if their VM was off before, after they login it would automatically power the VM back up.  We have added some VMNics and a new standard switch to the hosts for a different network but ensured the switches that the VM's are on are associated with the correct networks.  Everything else works fine and they are able to use the network and get out the internet, the machine just won't power on from an off state after the user logs in.  We have to manually power them up in vSphere.

Not sure if it's something we did or a setting we inadvertently changed.

Thanks for any help

Jay

Update - We have 2 connection servers and both allow the user to log in but only one is sending a command to power the VM on from a powered-off state.  If the VM is already on then you can connect using either connection server.  What in the connection server sends a command to vsphere to power the VM on?

You mention connection servers, presumably you are using Horizon?

Ok, so as a moderator I’ve moved this thread to the Horizon area as I expect you’ll get a better response
