YouTube Videos not performing on Vmware Horizon View

Hello!

We have been investigating an issue with our VDI setup.

Currently when viewing youtube videos (especially in full screen) performance has very much been poor.

We have tried several tests and tweeks including changing the H264 settings on the client.

We are currently running 7.8

Nvidia n10 (not for desktops it is for the RDS apps server)

Clients both PCoiP and Blast protocols both experiencing issues.

Anyone come across this before or have any suggestions?

Exactly the same issue here.

We use ESXi 6.7 P01 (latest patches), nvidia grid m10, driver version 442.06, Horizon View 7.10 - but still the same issue.

Obviously many others have the same problem and I also asked in the nvidia-forum if there is a solution available:

Our clients using old Wyse Clients P25 (only PCoIP), Laptops with dedicated graphic cards or even Workstations with Blast Extreme. Best results we get on the old Wyse Clients with PCoIP - this is so weird...

Make sure that, the RTAV feature is enabled when installing Horizon agent. And, it may be sound silly....did you try Google Chrome browser? I have seen this issue in my setup. IE plays the Youtube videos slow and choppy Google Chrome works good.
