VMware Horizon problem with web browser

Hi There,

Pretty new to all of this, trying to set up a security server connection to a view server. When using the IP of the connection server, I am able to load fine into the VDI. When using the IP of the security server, I get the below:

When using the same browser with the connection server IP, I get into the system perfectly well.

I suspect I have missed off a setting, but any suggestions would be swell!

I have discovered the issue was that the website was in the trusted sites list and by adding this, flash error is now resolved

Hi, which browser are you using?  Have you tried using a different browser?

Browser is internet explorer, I have also tested on chrome which returns the error: Failed to connect to connection server.

Hi, as a first step, I would check the logs and determine if the below is showing up.

Step 1. Review Logs

"C:\ProgramData\VMware\VDM\logs". Search the log file for "Unexpected Origin". If you see an entry similar to this, then that will be the problem.

Step 2. Modify the below

"C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware View\Server\sslgateway\conf"

Add a line at the end of locked.properties with:

checkOrigin=false

Step 3. Reboot connection server
