These are advanced configurations that you shouldn't be manually changing unless you have a good reason and know the impacts.
The first 2 are in relation to how long we want vSAN to wait before considering IO to a device as timed out and how many times these are retried after they timeout.
The 3rd one relates to LLOG settings which is an internal vSAN component.
I am going to make the educated guess that you noticed these paramaters in the vSAN Health check (Advanced Config in sync) during an upgrade - this is expected behaviour as these changed between some versions, you can safely ignore these, don't manually change them, proceed with patching the rest of the cluster.
