All passthrough greyed out "not capable" on AMD EPYC 2

Using ESXi u3 on supermicro H12SSW-NT board w/EPYC 2 CPU.  SVM is enabled in the BIOS.  I have Seagate NVMe drives installed which are detected.  Why can I not enable passthrough?

I'm using a free version serial.  Does that prevent passthrough?

​Never mind.  It appears w/AMD you need both IOMMU and SVM mode enabled in the BIOS. My fault for missing that.
