Deploying VM to customer

We would like to implement something like this....

Create 5 VM that would be all identical and they would have different IP's. We wlould like to create pool with these 5 VM's. Now we have 15 customers and would like them that every time they need to use one of our VM they would pick one of available VM from the pool. Since not all customers will use these machines at the same time we think 5 would be enough. In future we might add more. Can this be implemented on vSpere and how can I go about doing this. We use ESXi VM would be running Windows 10. Any guidance/reading would be much appreciated.

Thank you

You probably need vSphere and Horizon View. vSphere alone isn't enough.

Horizon view is the best way to automatically deploy the VMs and you can limit the number of VMs ,

single VMs copy can be used to deploy the number of VMs as much as you want .

vsphere resource pool only can't help you
