I'm not aware of a supported option to modify the timezone.
ESXi is based on UTC, and the vSphere Client will display the time based on the time zone that's configured on the system on which the client runs.

Let me give you abrief, my Time Zone is UTC+2, but when i check ESXI Time i find it UTC only and aVM take the Time as UTC, therefore in need to modify ESXI time to be UTC+2
First of all, you cant change the timezone of ESXi and it comes with UTC.
the folder which you are looking for /usr/share/zoneinfo/ is not available in ESXi to modify.
You can change the date/time settings at VM level if this is creating any impact.
It's not possible to modify ESXi timezone (based on design it's on UTC) and vSphere client just show the its client system time.
