For evaluation license expired, NFV feature will be disable and show warning message in UI to reminder the license expired

can assign license key during deployment running and when assigning the license,  the neutron and nova will be restarted quickly

hello , thanks for your reply, and as your description , the openstack service like nova and neutron will get restarted ,so it may be safer to shutdown  the VM first that managed by VIO
