Client cannot connect after upgrading VMware horizon 7.6 to VMware horizon 7.9

Client cannot connect after upgrading VMware horizon 7.6 to VMware horizon 7.9,Error prompted for protocol connection using VMware Blast and PCoIP,Switch to Microsoft RDP display protocol to support connection.In version 7.6, all three protocols can be displayed.An error occurred when horizon upgraded to version 7.9,I don't know why?

Version Agent of the physical machine installation is VMware-Horizon-Agent-x86_64-7.9.0-13938590.exe,

The installed version of horizon is VMware-Horizon-Connection-Server-x86_64-7.9.0-13956742.exe

After these days of unremitting troubleshooting,In the end, I found out why,After uninstalling Horizon Client , you can connect normally

There are hints in the help file。

“If view server software is installed on the computer, you cannot select a computer for the desktop pool. The horizon agent cannot coexist with any other view software components (including view connection server, security server, view composer or horizon client) on the same virtual machine or physical machine.

However, version Horizon Agent and Horizon Client of VMware horizon 7.6 can be installed on a physical machine by colleagues

I now upgrade to version VMware Horizon 7.10.0 (VMware-Horizon-Connection-Server-x86_64-7.10.0-14584133.exe)。

With VMware Blast protocol and PCoIP protocol, view still cannot connect to the physical host and workstation host。

Does view need other hardware support to connect to the physical host and workstation host?

There are prompts in the remote display protocol settings of desktop pool:Teradici hardware is needed to use PCoIP for physical machine,I don't quite understand the hint
