Realization failure when attaching segments to T1 logical router

When creating T1 logical router and attaching segments to it, I get following error at segment status:

"Realization failure, waiting for realization of path=[/infra/realized-state/enforcement-points/default/tier-1-logical-routers/LR_T1-t1], Realization will be reattempted in next cycle (max 5 minutes)"

I cannot see any logical router created at NSX Manager using CLI.

But I created it using UI.

Any idea?

It usually means it wasn't able to communicate with the transport nodes to instantiate the DR component. You should check the health of your hosts and the cluster to ensure they are communicating and the status is good.
