Upgrade vCSA 6.5 to 6.7

Hi everyone,

I want to upgrade my vcsa 6.5 (Version 6.5.0.13000 Build 7312210) to vcsa 6.7 - 14367737.

There are no error in stage 1 (Deployment), but in stage 2 the pre-upgrade operation failed with error "Internal error occurs during pre-upgrade checks".

And in log file :

No file found matching /etc/vmware/install-defaults/cm.url

No file found matching /etc/vmware-vpx/vcdb.properties

No file found matching /etc/vmware-vpx/vc-extn-cisreg.prop

what should i do to resolve this problem ??

Regards,

Can you attach upgrade-runner.log, vcdb_export.err and pre-checks logs files to the thread?

You must ensure you're using the FQDN, an internal NTP and you are getting correct forward and reserve resolution from DNS.

Looks like there is an issue with certificate:

pyVmomi.SoapAdapter.ThumbprintMismatchException: Server has wrong SHA1 thumbprint: 9970c88d0d4b536348a945d73ac8cabedb1875a9 (required) != 114cdf5cd74958c26c52b251b02c1ceadc13c21d (server)

Please open a SR with GSS.
