Linux VM is not bootong up after patching

Hi  Friends,

     Need immediate help : Linux VM is not bootong up after patching

 

      In the black VMware booting screen, asking Press F2 to set up, Press F12 to Network Boot, Esc for Boot Menu..

     But none of them I can select. Recofiigured the NIC card but not helpful..

Have you patched Guest OS? Can I learn ESXi and Guest OS information? Revert if you have snapshot before installing the patch. If the OS does not open after patching in the Guest OS, this is usually related to the Guest OS. There is not much to do in the ESXi layer.

How did you patch your Linux guest OS? Was there enough disk space on that VM? Do you have any snapshot before update your VM?

First of all please check vmware*.log files in the VM location directory or put them here... maybe can find any related event ...
