menu bar icon doesn't work

In version 11.1 Pro, menu bar icon appears but shows no virtual machine and if I click on create new virtual machine or virtual machine library happens nothing.

If run app from dock icon, Fusion start correctly but only menu bar doesn't work. How can I restore its function ?

Hi,

If you are running on macOS Catalina then AFAIK the only way to fix this is to update to VMware Fusion 11.5.

If you are not running macOS Catalina then you might have another issue that the vmrest service isn't able to communicate to your localhost.

This might be due to a firewalling issue or something else like a broken installation.

Could you update to 11.5 to see if you still hit this issue?
