Vmware is frozen when start Windows 10 x64 on MacBook

Hi,

My VMWare session for Windows 10 x64  is frozen/stuck at language setting. VMWare software seems to be working fine. My Mac fan suddenly runs fast. My Mac RAM is 32GB. I picked combos of 2GB RAM and 1 core and 4GB and 2 cores, and 8GB and 4 cores for the virtual machine. All are stuck as in the picture.
