Hello,

When installing, can you select the Install HTML5 Multimedia Redirection Support option and try to install it again?

What error do you get during installation?

Give more detail information about the related or possible errors (Check the Application section in your system'sEvent Viewer)?

And tell about the Windows 10 build version and Horizon Client version too...
