Hi,
Skyline collector status shows inactive. The appliance is powered up with access to the internet.
I also noticed I cannot log in to "https://skyline_collector_ip_address_or_fqdn/ " with admin user and password.
Please Assist.

Hi Ajay,
I have been able to reset the admin password. However, collector status shows inactive on the skyline viewer. This shows as running within the skyline collector.

Any Changes on the collector side will be reflected after 2days of the change in Advisor/Viewer.
As we have made a change today, we need to wait for next 48 hours.
You may check the status in collector itself if all the services are in green.
Hi Ajay,
I have upgrade the Skyline collector to 2.3.0.2 yesterday, i have been facing multiple issues.
1, Network services are not getting started automatically after restart. However, manual restart of Network services fix the issue temporarily.
2, Unable to login to Admin page using admin and password. Have reset the admin password to default. However, not allowing to login to the page and not showing any error.
not moving further.
3, Skyline collector is showing inactive in Skyline advisor.
