My both rack mount servers are directly connected to the switches , each server has physical 4 ports connecting to switches (4 interfaces ) . earlier the nic teaming policy on virtual switches were default , after changing to IP hash policy now my IPs are reachable but there is constant packet drop from both esxi hosts . there are 4 interfaces from switchs (eth1/3-6) i have put them in the portchanel and vpc with protocol as none . as i will keep port groups on std switches and LACP is not supported on std switch .
