Error to open the console of a delegated VM

Hi!

I gave permission on two VMs to be opened using a specific user.

What I did:

  1. Created a new role, added the System and VirtualMachine permissions
  2. Created a new user
  3. Edited the permissions on the VM, added the user created, assigned the role to it

It was working normally, but now I'm facing this error:

If I press ESC, I'm able to open the VMware console.

That only happens with the new user, with root it works like it's supposed to.

Have tried to add full permission, same problem.

Any idea?

Could this problem be caused by a browser? When I investigate errors, I see compatibility issues. Because when you give full authority, you state that the same problem continues.

Hey man, thanks for replying.

Yes! That was my first thought.

I asked the user to clean the browser cache or try a different browser. Same problem.

So I tested on my machine using IE, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Edge Chromium... Login with the user created, it shows that error.

So I was reading more about it and someone said something about the "ESXi Embedded Host Client", so I had removed it and installed a previous version. Same problem.

Reinstalled the latest version. Same problem.

Don't know what else I can do...
