Hide error 'Flex Config Files Path' must be an existing directory for UEM refresh

Hello,

We have EMU installed on some laptops. When laptop users login outside the company network, the error appears. We know that it is normal because they do not have access to the configuration file.

Is there a way to hide the error?

Thank you!

Hi acruzb,

There's no way to suppress those error dialogs (well, apart from killing Explorer.exe, but that might be a bit overkill Smiley Happy.)

For laptop scenarios, customers typically use the SyncTool. Would that be an option for you?

Hello @DEMdev , I know this is bit older thread, but will try to re-open this as we have experienced the same error, but on our VDI (VMware solution) and its appearing randomly and from "nowhere". Please see one of the example attached/

Is there any log I could check why this error occurs? When it occurs I have access to config share (or profile share), in DEM logs I can't anything. Even when I click "Profile-Environment Refresh" in start menu it went through many times, then it appears or when its most reproduced is when I do lock VM and unlock, would you have clue what to check?

Thanks in advance
