Error when adding vCenter

Has anyone seen the error below when trying to add a vCenter to the skyline collector

I am using the full sso config

I have quite a few vcenter's in my collector and this is the first time I have seen this error

Trying to add Horizon View Connection Server to Collector

This is a vCenter server not Horizon View  unless the issues could be the same?

Hello Seamus,

The error implies the connection timed out, there could be multiple factors. I have a few questions to understand the issue further:

1) Do you receive the SSL certificate alert to accept?

2) Can you please check if the Skyline Collector and vCenter/PSC time are in Sync.

3) Is the vCenter and Collector on the same LAN or connected over WAN?
