VCSA 6.7 vpxd service starting and stopping immmediately because of error with content library service

We were trying to deploy a new VM from an ISO placed in our content library. Directly afterwards the vpxd service stopped working and we can´t access the vcenter via WEB-GUI anymore.

In the following we were rebooting the VCSA appliance and the vpxd service was starting and immediately stopping, the content library service fails to start with a cis.common dependance error.

The only error we get in vpxd is that a  string value in the Postgres database is too long, 522 instead of 510.

Does anyone of the community know this issue?

We have solved the problem with the help from Dell Support. In the last days before the error we have added some MS Installation ISO´s with very Long names and the last ISO´s Name was too long.

In the following we knew waht was the cause of the vpxd Service starting and stoping immediately, but we didn´t know how to solve it.

There is a KB arcticle dealing with this issue:

https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/55610

Once we were able to remove the ISO from the configuration the VCenter is booting!
