Will VMWare Fusion 10 work on MacOS Catalina

I am currently running VMWare Fusion 10.1.6 Professional Edition. From looking at the forums, I know that version 11 is supported, but they say nothing about version 10. I am just wondering if it will work in MacOs Catalina, because one of its components is a 32 Bit app. Thanks!

Fusion 10 isn't even supported on Mojave.  Right now even getting Fusion 11 working on Catalina requires hacking around issues, so regardless of 32/64 bit I wouldn't expect it to work.  Fusion 11.5 will be a free upgrade.

Right now it’s working perfectly on Mojave for me. And how do you get the free upgrade. Btw people says that 11 works on Catalina

Keep in mind that works and supported are two different things.

11 sort of works on Catalina, with jumping through a ton of hoops, and IMHO, it's not production quality, and not what I would put into the 'works' category. but YMMV.

11.5 will be free from 11, so it's kind of a moot point :-).

Fusion 11.5 is a free upgrade from Fusion 11. If you have Fusion 10 or earlier, you need to pay to upgrade to Fusion 11 (or 11.5).
