I was connecting vCenter and ESXi but every time getting same error.
Anyone please assist.
Did you stop/start your PowerShell session between trials?
Which PowerCLI version are you using?
Which .NET version have you installed on that station?
See the PowerCLI 11.4.0 Release Notes for the requirements.
Perhaps an uninstall/install of PowerCLI would be preferable?

Try: Disconnect-VIServer * -confirm:$false
Just to see if you've got a lingering connection laying around. I usually preempt my scripts with this check because your auth may sometimes linger and attempting a re-connect can error out or double-connect you which can really mess things up.
