Copy and Paste issues between VDI and client systems

We're having intermittent problems with copy/paste redirection either not working at all or failing mid stream.  We have the group policy in place to allow it bi-directional for a specific use case.  We're currently using Horizon 7.0.2 with Instant Clones and have had issues whether its pcoip/blast.  Can't find anything specific to it in the logs.

VDI in question are Windows 7 x64

Do you do file copy or just clipboard?

So I've reinstalled the View agent on the image thinking that might be the issue still waiting on results from our staff.  We also just started pushing out the latest View client to the desktops.  So the interesting cases are people who have reported it failing in the middle of a session.  It will be working just fine then boom no more copy/paste.  Clipboard only has been the complaint

Hey, I know this is a few months old but did you ever figure out this issue? We are seeing similar issues with copy/paste where it will stop working intermittently.

We've had this issue since Horizon 6.22.  In fact we've had several support tickets open for the issue.  We've seen this with Horizon 6.22, 7.4, 7.6, 7.8 for Windows 7, 10 as well as Ubuntu and RHEL. We've used persistent and linked clones.  Doesn't seem to be a policy issue especially since Linux clients are involved. 

The only "fix" so far is reboot the session.

We are facing the same issue.. Running Horizon 7.11/ Horizon Client 2006 / Ubuntu VDI and Windows 10 VDI..

We are using Big IP as Load-balancing and APM / Reverse proxy.. So no UAG/Security server.. 

Do you have any news on this, to you use some of the same components?
