Navigate to a vSphere view or modal from the plugin

Is it possible to Navigate to a vSphere view or a modal from the plugin and pass some data along with it?

I want to create a Create Datastore modal for my plugin, which asks the user for some product-specific data. But after that, I just want to continue with the default Create Datastore modal of the vSphere. Is there any way I can navigate to a vSphere's Create Datastore modal(with some context data) from my modal?

Hi,

It is possible to navigate between your own plugin views and pass some custom data between the views. You can also navigate to a specific vSphere Client view.

However, it is not possible to navigate to a vSphere Client modal dialog or to a vSphere Client view with custom data, because the view has no knowledge of this data and cannot interpret it.
