NSX-T - configuring MTU for cross-site connectivity

Hello, I'm trying to use Cisco router model 1841 to connect to sites to have NSX-T streaked segments, but the maximum MTU supported by that router is only 1500, which is lower than what's required for NSX-T frames to work. Has anyone here configured cross-site connections to share with men how to configure MTU for WAN?

Thanks,

AFAIK it os not supported. >1500 MTU only became relevant in DCs with GigabitEthernet or on MPLS backbones. A 1841 is for neither of those. Better off doing this with L3 switches or even virtual routers.
