create a VM with vmxnet4 network

As I previously read a bout new feature of vsphere U3 about vmxnet4 now i have uupdate my vcenter and all of esxi

vcenter version is  :

Version:

6.7.0.40000

Build number

14367737

and my esxi version is :

VMware ESXi 6.7.0 build-14320388

VMware ESXi 6.7.0 Update 3

but now due create new vm it show vsphere 6.7 update2 and later and while add new network such as previous versions just show E1000E ,  vmxnet3,  SRIOV passthrough  and not show vmxnet4 ?

How can use vmxnet4 for a vm ?

i,

I don't think the vmxnet4 network came out. The  6.7 U3 release news talk about vmxnet3 V4 network (vmxnet3 driver 4 version).
