Error: Couldn't Connect to Server

Hello Team, I would like to ask if you have any idea why some end-user's Macbooks are getting this error message as soon as I open an application from our Horizon website.

Looking at this log, it seems that there is an expired certificate but I can't tell which one from keychain or if that's actually where I should be looking. Any help would be appreciated.

MacOS is on the latest update 10.14.6 (Mojave)

Can you check the certificate on the Horizon View Server and Security Server? Go to MMC > Certificates then Personal > Certificates and check the expiration date of the Cert with Subject Name "vdm"
