The short answer is no.
Only vSphere 6.7 training meets the requirement for VCP-DCV 2019, as you'll see here: VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2019 (VCP-DCV 2019)
NSX training meets the requirement for VCP-NV 2019 - either the NSX-V track or NSX-T track, depending on which product your training was on - as you'll see here: VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization 2019 (VCP-NV 2019)
You could complete the VCP-NV 2019 first, then pass an additional exam to achieve VCP-DCV 2019 - if so the steps would be:
