The short answer is no.

Only vSphere 6.7 training meets the requirement for VCP-DCV 2019, as you'll see here: VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2019 (VCP-DCV 2019)

NSX training meets the requirement for VCP-NV 2019 - either the NSX-V track or NSX-T track, depending on which product your training was on - as you'll see here: VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization 2019 (VCP-NV 2019)

You could complete the VCP-NV 2019 first, then pass an additional exam to achieve VCP-DCV 2019 - if so the steps would be:

  1. Pass vSphere Foundations exam
  2. Pass VCP-NV 2019 exam (on NSX-V or NSX-T)
  3. Pass VCP-DCV 2019 exam

I was assuming above that you don't currently hold any VMware certifications.

If you do, select the appropriate Certification Path on the pages I posted links for.
